Index numbers of weighted average weekly and hourly award rates of pay for full-time adult employees, classified by sex, State, industry and occupation group. From December 1987, the series has been re-based to June 1985 to take into account changes which have occurred in the distribution of employees in terms of: industry, occupation, award coverage, jurisdiction, State or Territory and sex. Wage variations from enterprise bargaining awards and agreements are generally excluded from award rates of pay indexes.
