Please note that SuperTABLE does not distinguish between zero and annotations such as 'n.a' (not available) and 'n.p.' (not published) - these all appear in the SuperTABLE datacubes as '-'. The Excel spreadsheets (including those attached to each region) do contain zero, n.a. and n.p. as appropriate.
