ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of alterations and additions fell 0.3% following rises for the previous ten months. NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of non-residential building rose 0.9% and has risen for ten consecutive months.
