Describes the changes to international standards being introduced in the 2008/09 issue of the Australian Tourism Satellite Account publication (ABS cat. no. 5249.0). These changes are the result of implementing revisions to international standards to: Tourism Satellite Account: Recommended Methodological Framework (TSA:RMF 2008) and International Recommendations for Tourism Statistics (IRTS 2008). Changes to related standards include: System of National Accounts (SNA08); Balance of Payments Methodology (BPM6); International Standard Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities (ISIC Rev. 4), Australian and New Zealand Standard Industrial Classification (ANZSIC06) and Central Product Classification (CPC V2.0).
