About these projections
The Queensland Department of Local Government Planning has prepared a set of population projections for selected local government areas in Queensland. These projections were released in 1999 in Household Projections Queensland, 1999 and cover the period 1996-2016. The geographical boundaries are those that existed at the 1996 Census of Population and Housing (ASGC 1996).
