06/12/2011 - The commentary contained in the original release describing the movements in the Quarterly National Accounts Public Sector Measures Key Figures Table were incorrect. They have been replaced by the following text.

In the Sept quarter 2011:

  • In seasonally adjusted chain volume terms, total general government final consumption expenditure decreased by $705m, a decrease of 1.2% compared with June quarter 2011.
  • General government gross fixed capital formation, in seasonally adjusted chain volume terms, decreased by 7.3%.
