Please note: The release date for the June quarter 2003 national accounts publication (5206.0) has been brought forward a day to 2 September 2003. Refer to the following press release. Release of June Quarter 2003 National Accounts (5206.0) and July 2003 Retail Trade (8501.0)

As advised in the June quarter 2003 release of Australian National Accounts: National Income, Expenditure and Product (cat. no. 5206.0), following consultation with national accounts users, the format of the September quarter 2003 release of 5206.0 and associated electronic spreadsheets will change to include some new series and change the order of the existing tables. A 'mock-up' of the new paper publication and Ausstats table structures was expected to be available to users via the ABS web site on October 6, 2003. Due to technical difficulties the 'mock-up' will now be available on October 13, 2003
