CHANGES IN FORTHCOMING ISSUES


Changes to the Customs Tariff import classification

Following an import classification review, new statistical codes under subheadings 1902.19 and 1902.30 will be introduced. The Working Tariff will be updated on the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) website.

The current codes will close on 30 June 2016 and the new codes will open on 1 July 2016. The changes are shown in the table below:
