2821 Shipbuilding

This Class consists of units mainly engaged in manufacturing or repairing vessels of 50 tonnes and over displacement, manufacture of submarines or major components for ships and submarines n.e.c.

2822 Boatbuilding

This Class consists of units mainly engaged in manufacturing or repairing vessels of under 50 tonnes displacement.

      (b) manufacturing boat components from fibreglass are included in Class 2564 Plastic Product, Rigid Fibre Reinforced, Mfg; and

      (c) manufacturing canoes, surfboards and sailboards are in Class 2942 Toy and Sporting Good Mfg.

This Class consists of units mainly engaged in manufacturing or repairing railway or tramway locomotives and rolling stock.

2824 Aircraft Manufacturing

This Class consists of units mainly engaged in manufacturing or repairing aircraft, aircraft engines and frames, as well as specialist repair services n.e.c.
