A general overview of the supply and utilisation of approximately 130 basic foodstuffs (eg. flour, meat, fresh fruit, milk, vegetables, etc.); level of nutrient intake and estimated supply of selected types of nutrients (eg. protein, iron, Vitamin C, etc.) available for consumption.
