REBUILD OF THE OVERSEAS ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES SYSTEM
The ABS is currently undertaking a rebuild of the Overseas Arrivals and Departures (OAD) system, with a focus on improving the quality of OAD data through an enhanced processing methodology. The new methodology will incorporate considerably more robust imputations for missing traveller data. Revised OAD data will be released in Overseas Arrivals and Departures - Australia, January 2014 (cat. no. 3401.0), scheduled for release on 11 March 2014.
