Wheat grain stored
  • Wheat grain stored by bulk grain handlers at the end of October 2011 was 7.3 million tonnes.
  • Of the total wheat grain stored, wheat graded for milling was 3.8 million tonnes (52%) and 3.5 million tonnes (48%) was graded for feed.
  • The total wheat grain stored in October 2011 was more than double the amount for the October 2010 period.
