What Do You Think ?
CDATA96 is already being used by hundreds of Australian organisations. Here are two examples of what clients think of CDATA96.
Reprinted from Australian and New Zealand Journal of Public Health 1997 vol.21 no.7.
"CDATA96 with its greatly improved interface, coupled with the power of MapInfo, will allow public health authorities to extract, analyse and present data relevant to their own population in many ways not previously possible. This is a major advance in the ability to access and analyse census data quickly and to present it in a variety of forms."
Northern Sydney Area Public Health Unit
"CDATA has been an indispensable tool to a wide variety of analytical work in the Department of Urban Affairs and Planning. Just to name a few examples, it efficiently provides the necessary information for our population projection models, household projection model, housing affordability analysis, and land development programs, such as the Urban Development Program and Metropolitan Urban Development Program. CDATA is also used by district planners in their strategic planning and monitoring work.
Since the marriage of Census information with mapping functionalities in CDATA86, we have witnessed a lot of achievements and improvements in this electronic Census package. CDATA has become a powerful, versatile, yet very user-friendly tool for analysis of data and presentation of results with visual impact. In particular for CDATA96, users in our Department have been impressed by the improved quality of digital base maps and the ease of using the "Quick Build" to obtain the right data for their study area."
