 NatStats08 Conference - Melbourne Nov 19-21

NatStats08 Conference - Website Released


We are pleased to announce the launch of the NatStats08 Conference website: www.nss.gov.au/natstats

NatStats Conference 08 will help connect users and producers of statistics from across government, the public sector and academia and provide an opportunity to discuss strategies for measuring progress in Australian society and improving statistics for the nation. The conference will be held at the Crown Promenade, Melbourne from 19 - 21 November 2008.

The broad theme for the conference will be:
"Working together for a better informed and performed Australian Society".

Professionals, researchers, policy makers, practitioners and academics will be invited to speak on topics relevant to the conference theme.

The website provides detailed information about all aspects of the conference. From the conference program to information on the Gala Dinner, the NatStats08 Conference web site is your one stop shop for all queries.

The website is updated on a regular basis to give you access to the latest program information as soon as it becomes available.
