Purpose
To provide estimates of the volume and nature of travel by domestic travellers and information about the characteristics and behaviour of domestic travellers.

Description
Data are collected by computer assisted telephone interviews of Australians aged 15 years and over. Interviews are conducted continuously throughout the year, on both weekdays and weekends. Approximately 80,000 interviews are conducted annually.
