      Prompt card 5 was shown which included "BEHAVIOURAL OR EMOTIONAL DISORDER (Specify)", "DEPENDENCE ON DRUGS OR ALCOHOL" and "SLOW AT LEARNING OR UNDERSTANDING" among a list of 41 conditions.
      Q448 asked "DO YOU HAVE ANY (OTHER) CONDITIONS THAT HAVE LASTED OR ARE EXPECTED TO LAST FOR SIX MONTHS OR MORE, FOR EXAMPLE:" Prompt card 'H' was shown, including: "Behavioural or emotional disorder", "Dependence on drugs or alcohol" and "slow at learning or understanding" among a list of 23 conditions. Q552 asked "...DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER CONDITIONS THAT HAVE LASTED OR ARE EXPECTED TO LAST, FOR 6 MONTHS OR MORE. FOR EXAMPLE:" Prompt card '21' was shown with a list of 14 conditions.       CommentsIn addition to the improved specificity of prompting and the context effects from other questions, a greater level of public awareness (and acceptance) may have influenced the higher rates of disclosure of mental health conditions.
