6.32 The Confidential Commodities List (CCL) contains information on all commodity based restrictions. The CCL is updated monthly and shows for each commodity subject to restriction:

  • the classification codes (HS, SITC and ANZSIC);
  • a description of the commodity;
  • the restrictions that are applied;
  • the date of effect; and
  • for those items subject to a Selected Country Details, a Selected State Details or a No State by Country Details restriction, the countries or states which are restricted.
