Officials are required to report the acceptance of any gift or benefit within 28 days, through an internal gifts and benefits register. The relevant Delegate within the ABS has oversight and reviews all reported gifts and benefits.

The ABS Gifts and Benefits Register lists all gifts and benefits accepted by Senior Executive Staff over AUD$100.00 (excluding GST) since the 18 October 2019. This register is updated quarterly.
