Educational Institution: Attendee Status

Educational Institution: Attendee Status (TYSTAP)

New for the 2011 Census, this variable combines responses from Type of Educational Institution Attending (TYPP), Full-Time/Part Time Student Status (STUP) and Age (AGEP) to indicate a person's attendee status at an educational institution.

The non-response rate for Educational Institution: Attendee Status (TYSTAP) for 2011 was 4.4%. The non-response rate for the variable this variable is only applicable to persons who answered they are a student in question 25 on the Census Household Form.
