2006 Census geography
| For the 2006 Census data, the smallest geographic unit that users will be able to access data for will be at the Collection District (CD) level. Basic Census counts are available for Mesh Blocks, in Mesh Blocks Digital Boundaries, Australia, 2006 (cat. no. 1209.0.55.002). The data is only available on the website in GIS (Geographical Information Systems) file formats. No other counts based on Mesh Block boundaries are available for the 2006 Census.
