Below is the proposed Australian Bureau of Statistics Interviewers Enterprise Agreement 2020 and accompanying Explanatory Notes for the consideration of eligible ABS Interviewers.
An electronic ballot of eligible ABS Interviewers will be held from 9:00am AEST 18 May 2020 to 3:00pm AEST 20 May 2020. Eligible Interviewers will be able to vote via the internet or phone.
Voting information will be emailed early on 18 May 2020 to the work email address of each eligible ABS Interviewer. Interviewers who were registered as being on leave during the ballot will be sent the voting information to a nominated email address or postal address. If you are an eligible ABS Interviewer and you expect to be on leave between Monday 18 May 2020 and Wednesday 20 May 2020 and you hadn't submitted your leave form before 4 May 2020, if you wish the voting information to be sent to an email address other than your work email address you will need to email email@example.com so that the voting information can be sent to you.
In your email, please advise your leave dates and the email address to which the information should be sent.
If you are an eligible ABS Interviewer and you do not receive your voting information, you should contact the Australian Election Company Help Desk on 1800 224 420 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org during the ballot period (9:00am AEST 18 May 2020 to 3:00pm AEST 20 May 2020) to make arrangements for the voting instructions to be forwarded to you.
You will need to advise your AGS number and date of birth for identification purposes. If you require confirmation of your AGS number please email email@example.com, and include your full name and date of birth in the body of the email.
