The number of filled jobs in Australia increased by 157,905 to 14.2 million in seasonally adjusted terms in the December quarter 2018.

Main jobs increased by 98,882 and secondary jobs increased by 59,023.

Hours actually worked increased by 29.2 million hours to 5.3 billion hours.

Total labour income increased by $2,329 million, resulting in the average labour income per employed person being $18,863.
