This document was added or updated on 27/07/2018. 27/07/2018 During the course of processing the 2018 Motor Vehicle Census data it became apparent there was an undercount of the published number of registered vehicles for the Northern Territory (NT) in 2017. Refer to Technical Note in Motor Vehicle Census, Australia, 2018 (cat no. 9309.0) for a brief description of this issue and an estimate of the extent of the undercount. No changes made to 2017 data.
