ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of alterations and additions to residential building fell 1.5% in February and and has fallen for three months. NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimates for the value of non-residential building approved should be interpreted with caution. See the data notes on page 2 of this publication.
