ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of alterations and additions fell 0.2% in July and has fallen for the last four months. NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimates for the value of non-residential building approved should be interpreted with caution. See the data notes on page 2 of this publication.
