The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.9% in September and has fallen for five months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria fell 2.0% in September and has fallen for four months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.6% in September and has fallen for six months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland fell 1.6% in September and has fallen for eight months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.5% in September and has fallen for 10 months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia fell 4.3% in September and has fallen for five months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 1.2% in September and has fallen for six months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Western Australia fell 0.6% in September and has fallen for 24 months.
