DWELLING UNITS APPROVED STATE TRENDS The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in New South Wales fell 0.9% in November and has fallen for three months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.8% in November and has fallen for five months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria rose 5.6% in November and has risen for six months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.1% in November and has risen for 11 months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland fell 1.2% in November and has fallen for five months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.4% in November after rising for seven months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia rose 0.1% in November and has risen for 14 months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.3% in November and has risen for 11 months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Western Australia fell 0.6% in November and has fallen for two months.
