In seasonally adjusted terms the estimate fell 4.2% to 13,158 dwellings. PRIVATE SECTOR HOUSES The trend estimate for private sector houses approved fell 0.8% in November and has fallen for 11 months. In seasonally adjusted terms the estimate fell 1.7% to 8,150 houses. PRIVATE SECTOR OTHER DWELLINGS The trend estimate for private sector other dwellings approved rose 1.2% in November and is now showing rises for two months.
