ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of alterations and additions fell 1.8% in January and has fallen for seven months. NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of non-residential building fell 11.8% in January and has fallen for seven months.
