Live sheep exports fell by 13% to 1.1 million in March quarter 2008. Gross value fell by 26% for the quarter, down to $67.3 million. Unit value fell by 15% to $60.31.

Live cattle exports rose by 35% to 183,000 in March quarter 2008. Gross value rose by 28% for the quarter, up to $114 million. Unit value fell by 5% to $622.79.
