Livestock slaughtered and meat production (Trend) Livestock exports (Original) Livestock value (Original) About this Release	NUMBER OF LIVESTOCK EXPORTED Live exports quarterly original movements for March 2016: Exports of live cattle Live cattle exports decreased by 7% in the March 2016 quarter to 288,000 head. Of the total cattle exported, more than half (52%) were exported to Indonesia. Exports of live sheep Live sheep exports increased by 26% in the March 2016 quarter to 600,000 head. Of the total sheep exported, 32% were exported to Kuwait and 22% to the United Arab Emirates.
