2005-06 Agricultural Census - Sample Questionnaires
Please note: These sample questionnaires are provided for research and background information only. People who have been asked to complete a survey questionnaire and who may have misplaced their original questionnaire are asked to ring 1800 647 011 to request a new hardcopy be mailed out. Please do not use the sample questionnaires supplied here as these relate to the 2005-06 year only.
In 2006, the ABS conducted the Agricultural Census. This collection is conducted every 5 years with smaller sample surveys in intervening years. In June 2006, Agricultural Census forms, similar to the sample forms attached below, were sent to approximately 190,000 businesses on the Australian Business Register (ABR) involved in agricultural production and who had an estimated value of agricultural operations (EVAO) of $5,000 or more per year. A separate form, relevant to each state, is attached.
