TIME SERIES TOTAL PUBLIC SECTOR, 2007–08 TO 2012–13


For the Total Public Sector across All Levels of Government, GFS revenue increased by $30,818m (5.6%) from $549,680m in 2011–12 to $580,498m in 2012–13. Over the same period GFS expenses increased by $15,037m (2.6%) from $589,185m to $604,222m. As a result the GFS net operating balance moved from –$39,506m in 2011–12 to –$23,724m in 2012–13.

Between 30 June 2012 and 30 June 2013 GFS net worth across the Total Public Sector moved from $726,055m to $836,896m.
