CONSUMER PRICE INDEX The all groups consumer price index (CPI) for Adelaide increased by 1.3% in the 12 months to September 2007, compared with a 1.9% rise in the weighted average of eight capital cities. Both Adelaide's CPI and the weighted average of eight capital cities rose by 0.7% in September 2007.
