HIGHEST LEVEL OF EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT

People with a bachelor degree or higher qualification and people with a diploma or certificate were more likely to experience credit card fraud than people with no tertiary qualification (6.0% and 4.0% compared to 2.4%). Victims with no tertiary qualification were less likely to seek and receive reimbursement than victims with a diploma or certificate and victims with a bachelor degree or higher qualification (55.1% compared to 67.8% and 65.9%).
