In 2011, there were 223 victims of sexual assault in the Australian Capital Territory of whom 199 (89%) were female.

There were 207 victims of robbery with just over 50% of incidents involving the use of a weapon in 2011 (108 victims of armed robbery).

In the Australian Capital Territory, a higher proportion of males than females were victims of a sexual assault by a family member (27% of male victims compared to 22% of female victims). Only females were the victims of ex-partners (9%).
