FINALISATION METHOD

In the Higher Courts, 88% (675) of the 765 defendants were proven guilty. The proportion of defendants proven guilty within the Magistrates' and Children's Courts was 75% (9,951), and a further 17% (2,310) were withdrawn by the prosecution.
