DWELLING UNITS APPROVED STATE TRENDS The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in New South Wales rose 0.4% in July and has risen for seven months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 0.8% in July and has risen for six months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria rose 1.0% in July after falling for five months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.1% in July and has risen for seven months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland rose 0.2% in July and has risen for seven months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.5% in July and has risen for four months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia rose 0.8% in July and has risen for nine months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 0.9% in July and has risen for six months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Western Australia rose 0.8% in July and has risen for three months.
