The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 3.8% in April. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria fell 2.8% in April. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 2.7% in April. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland was flat in April. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.8% in April. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia rose 1.8% in April. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.1% in April. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Western Australia rose 1.3% in April.
