In seasonally adjusted terms the estimate rose 9.3% to 13,541 dwellings. PRIVATE SECTOR HOUSES The trend estimate for private sector houses approved fell 0.5% in October and has fallen for ten months. In seasonally adjusted terms the estimate rose 1.5% to 8,284 houses. PRIVATE SECTOR OTHER DWELLINGS The trend estimate for private sector other dwellings approved fell 1.0% in October and has fallen for five months.
