In seasonally adjusted terms the estimate fell 1.3% to 13,377 dwellings. PRIVATE SECTOR HOUSES The trend estimate for private sector houses approved fell 0.8% in April and has fallen for 16 months. In seasonally adjusted terms the estimate fell 3.3% to 7,709 houses. PRIVATE SECTOR OTHER DWELLINGS The trend estimate for private sector other dwellings approved fell 0.5% in April and is now showing falls for four months.
