Each fact sheet contains state or territory specific data on key crops, horticulture and livestock as well as water use and the gross value of key commodities. Fact sheets are also available for selected commodities as a pdf document in the downloads tab of this publication. The fact sheets provide a snapshot of the production of key commodities, livestock numbers and gross value. Fact sheets are available for the following commodities: Wheat Oats Barley Sorghum Canola Cotton Fruit and Nuts (excluding grapes) Wine grapes Vegetables Sheep and Lambs Dairy Cattle Beef Cattle Pigs The ABS will be releasing additional data from the 2015-16 Agricultural Census in the coming months.
