CHANGES IN FUTURE ISSUES
From the September quarter 2017, the following additional series will be included in the Time Series Spreadsheets. These indexes will be incorporated into the stage of production indexes from September quarter 2017.
Table 36. Output of the Mining industries, index numbers includes:
§ Gas Extraction - Domestic
§ Gas Extraction - Domestic, East Coast Market
§ Gas Extraction - Domestic, Western Australia
Following from the recommendations published in the feature article released in the September Quarter 2016 publication of the Producer Price Indexes Australia (cat. no. 6427.0), the Experimental Producer Price Index for the Output of the Retail Trade Industry (RTPI) will be revised and re-released from the September Quarter 2017 in Table 31.
State and outlet data will no longer be collected from providers, resulting in the discontinuation of RTPI Tables 32 and 33.
