MARCH QUARTER 2009 KEY FIGURES: ALL LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT

• Taxation revenue decreased by 11.6% to $78,846m.
• The GFS net operating balance for the general government sector decreased to $-7,765m.
• The GFS net lending(+)/borrowing(-) position for the general government sector decreased to a net borrowing position of $-11,159m.
