THEFT FROM A MOTOR VEHICLE

Australian households experienced an estimated 380,900 incidents of theft from a motor vehicle during the 12 months prior to interview. Types of property frequently stolen in the most recent incident included money (28%), personal electronic equipment (26%) and other personal items (23%).
