Information on the release of the Basic and Expanded Confidentialised Unit Record Files (CURFs) has been added to existing pages, and two additional pages Using the Basic CURF and Using the Expanded CURF have been published. The Basic and Expanded CURF data item lists have also been added, on the Downloads tab.

This product was formerly known as the Australian Health Survey, National Health Survey. The Australian Health Survey (AHS) contained National Health Survey data, as well as additional content that was collected in the National Health Measures Survey and the National Nutrition and Physical Activity Survey, 2011-12. This product, from the NHS 2014-15, reflects a return to the three yearly NHS time series, which began in partnership with the Department of Health in 2001.
