2601 CULTURAL BUILDINGS

      Includes:

        museums, libraries and archives.

      Excludes:

        cinemas, theatres, concert halls and other performing arts venues (included in Class 2603).

2602 RELIGIOUS BUILDINGS
      Includes:

        Churches, synagogues and mosques.

2603 PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT BUILDINGS
      Includes:

        cinemas, theatres, concert halls and other performing arts venues.

      Excludes:

        pubs, taverns, bars, nightclubs, discotheques, cafes, restaurants and hospitality clubs (included in Class 2604).

2604 HOSPITALITY BUILDINGS
      Includes:

        pubs, taverns, bars, nightclubs, discotheques, cafes, restaurants and hospitality clubs.

      Excludes:

        hotels mainly for accommodation (out of scope of the classification).

2605 SPORTS AND RECREATION BUILDINGS
      Includes:

        gymnasia, bowling alleys, amusement arcades, indoor sports stadia (including swimming pools) and the building component of outdoor sports stadia.

      Excludes:

        the non-building component of outdoor sports stadia (included in Class 2606).

2606 SPORTS AND RECREATION FACILITIES OTHER THAN BUILDINGS
      Includes:

        golf courses, grounds for sports played in the open, motor racing circuits, marinas for pleasure boats, outdoor swimming pools and the non-building component of outdoor sports stadia;

        domestic in-ground swimming pools (including installed fibreglass shells); and

        domestic tennis courts.


      Excludes:

        above-ground swimming pools (included in Class 1625);

        uninstalled fibreglass shells for in-ground swimming pools (included in Class 1625); and

        the building component of outdoor sports stadia (included in Class 2605).
