This course will provide participants with basic knowledge about the survey process, information about key issues/concerns in the survey process and skills to ask the right questions of the experts.
Course outcomes
On completion you'll be able to:
Understand the importance of planning to success of a survey.
Understanding of all the elements in survey design.
Identify the risks associated with the survey process & implement mitigating strategies.
Course contents
Introduction to the Survey Cycle & Data Quality Framework.
How to decide if a survey is needed.
How to manage information collected.
