Why are dwelling counts different in QuickStats, Community Profiles and Media Fact Sheets?

i) 2011 Australia QuickStat - 'All private dwellings' total

This number is: Occupied private dwellings + Unoccupied private dwellings, excluding:
  • Non-private dwellings
  • Migratory
  • Off-shore
  • Shipping
