This pamphlet presents a range of summary statistics with the emphasis on simple tabular and graphical presentations. Most of the ABS labour collections are covered, including the Labour Force Survey, the range of employer surveys and the industrial disputes collection.
6105.0 - Australian Labour Market Statistics, Australia (irregular)
This publication draws together data from a range of sources, mostly ABS household and business surveys, to provide an overall picture of the labour market. The frequency of Australian Labour Market Statistics changed from quarterly to irregular in July 2012. It will continue to include data tables on employment type, volume measures of labour underutilisation, and extended labour force underutilisation.

This publication provides information on underemployment. People who worked less than 35 hours in the week prior to the survey who would have preferred to work more hours were asked about whether they were looking for work with more hours, available to start work with more hours, and their experience in looking for work with more hours. Other information includes the duration of the current period of insufficient work, and the number of extra hours preferred.
